Fortress are an Authorised Partner of Rehau products and the frames we supply have multiple accreditations including BS 7412, BS 7412/PASS 24 for Doors, BS 7412 for windows. As we are a small company (deliberately) we can concentrate all our energies into making sure that you the trade customer can be helped in every way possible weather your project is large or small. We frequently talk to our trade customers clients (on their behalf) to make sure they know what they getting and give them our valuable advice which we have built up over the last 44 years in the industry.
What makes us different from other double glazing companies is that from the first contact with us its very straight forward and hassle free as you only deal with the one person from the very start to the finish - the owner of the company Peter Murray who has 44 years in the double glazing industry. Once you've made up your mind that you want us to give you a cost just call us, e-mail us or fill in the short form on this website and we will come out at your convenience. We will the take some quick sizes and give you any advice you require. The average time for our visit is around 15 minutes, WE DO NOT USE PRESSURE SALES. We will then contact you the next day or as soon as we can with a cost. Our cost to you is always very competitive (we always give our best price first) so assuming you are happy and want to go ahead we will then arrange a true measure of your frames and a date would be set for the installation, its as simple as that. We also recommend that you take a visit to our showroom/office to see the product. Remember our windows and doors are manufactured to very stringent British Standards. BS 7412 and PAS 24. We can also provide Secured By Design frames, just ask.
